Meet your coach
Demarco Crum is a personal trainer based in Durham who believes strength is about far more than appearance.
Fitness became a turning point in his own life. Through consistent training, better sleep, improved nutrition, and sustainable routines, he learned how movement can support mental health as much as physical capability.
Today, Demarco coaches with compassion and humility, helping clients build strength that carries into everyday life.
His goal is simple: help people feel more capable, more grounded, and enjoy the process along the way.
